ReadySet Property Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides cosmetic repair, inspection punch-list and routine property maintenance services in St. Johns, Orange Park and the surrounding Northeast Florida area. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, including how our text messaging works.
Information we collect
We collect what you give us when you call, text, email or use the request form on this site: your name, mobile phone number, email address, the property address and a description of the work. We also receive basic technical information, such as your browser type, when you visit the site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, send estimates and updates, and follow up about work you asked us about. We don't use it for anything unrelated to those purposes.
Text messaging
If you agree to receive text messages from us, these terms apply:
- What we send. Messages about your request, including scheduling, estimates, project updates and follow-ups. If you reply, a member of our team reads and responds to your message.
- How you opt in. You check the consent box on our request form or tell us you're happy to be texted. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one confirmation and no more messages unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP, email matt@readysetstjohns.com, or call (904) 323-1730.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No sharing for marketing. We do not share mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as messaging, scheduling and record-keeping tools, who are required to protect it, and when the law requires it.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
Contact us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop receiving messages.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
