These terms govern your use of the ReadySet Property Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") website, our services, and our text messaging program. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide cosmetic and non-structural repairs, inspection punch-list work and routine property maintenance in St. Johns, Orange Park and the surrounding Northeast Florida area. We don't perform structural, electrical or mechanical work, and we'll tell you when a job needs a different trade. Service is subject to availability, project scope and service area.

Estimates, approval and payment

We confirm scope and price with you before work starts. Homeowners, buyers, sellers and property owners approve the work and pay ReadySet Property Services LLC directly for assessments, approved repairs, materials and any applicable travel charges. A realtor who refers a client or holds a priority access arrangement with us is not responsible for the client's charges.

Text messaging program

• Program. ReadySet Property Services LLC sends text messages about your service request, including scheduling, estimates, project updates and follow-ups.
• Consent. Messages are sent only if you opt in, for example by checking the consent box on our request form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out and help. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or contact us at matt@readysetstjohns.com or (904) 323-1730.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use our website or messaging for anything unlawful, or in a way that interferes with our ability to serve our customers.

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ReadySet Property Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our messaging program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
